From concept to completion, S&A provides direction and continuity to the project by providing a single source contact for the design and the construction phases. As Project Manager, we will:
- Assemble the Design Team
- Serve as Project Manager during Planning, Design and Construction Phases of the project
- Coordinate the gathering and dissemination of design criteria and scope of work
- Generate the design and construction schedule
- Schedule and preside over the Design Team and construction meetings
- Assist Owner with bidding process
- Prepare contracts for Owner and Contractor's execution
- Provide Construction Administration Services
Owner's Representative/Construction Administration
Representing the Client at the construction site is a vital part of our service. The Project Field Representative (PFR) can assume much of the responsibility for administration of the project during the bidding and construction phases. The duties of the PFR may include:
- Assist Owner in selection of Contractor
- Provide construction observation, pay application review and coordination
- Facilitate communication between the owner, contractors, designers and surveyors
- Monitor construction quality and scheduling
- Provide technical support to resolve problems and discrepancies affecting project quality and progress
- Process and maintain project documentation
