Sinclair & Associates, Inc. was established in 1993 as a project management firm with an emphasis on construction administration.  As we responded to our clients’ needs, we expanded our services to include engineering, architecture and land surveying.  We currently have two offices in the upstate and coastal regions of South Carolina. 

Tom Sinclair, P.E. and his daughter, Karen Halt, started the company in an upstairs office at Tom's home. Over the years, our services expanded from project management and construction administration to include engineering, architecture and aquatics consulting. Our staff includes a strong complement of civil engineers, architects, surveyors, design technicians and administrative staff. Tom has always credited our success primarily to the fact that we will help the client in any way possible; and if we do not have the expertise needed, we consider it our responsibility to find the person and/or firm to complete the job. This method of serving the client allows S&A to manage all aspects of the project and reduces the amount of time the owner must expend in support of the project.
