S&A is serving as the Project Manager for the $31.5 Million Carolina Walk project adjacent to Williams-Brice stadium in Columbia , South Carolina . These "Game-Day" condominiums will provide a unique opportunity to USC football fans to enjoy the festivities of football weekend while entertaining on "The Upper Deck" pavilion and walking across the street to the game.
